Robert Pławiak – Since November 2022 as Chief Digital&Technology&Information Officer in Polpharma, Poland. He is responsible for all aspects of digitalization, and technology areas of IT&OT processes in the most significant pharma manufactures. In the last four years (2018-2022), as the President and Group CIO, he implemented many changes in business processes in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He contributed to the construction of a new system for the distribution of vaccines against COVID-19 in Poland, and optimized business processes based on implementing and modernizing IT solutions, including WMS, TMS, and ERP. In the Pelion Group, he was responsible for M&A processes and completed the transfer of the management of the Swedish pharmacy network and the IT ecosystem to Poland.
