Kerstin Voss is responsible for global manufacturing processes and IT support in Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Throughout her career, she has specialized in MES and Historian and demonstrated in addition leadership in positions in supply chain and quality assurance. She draws on her extensive experience in transport compliance and the quality department of a supply center in her role as a GMP auditor. Kerstin thrives on leading and collaborating with experts from diverse backgrounds to establish efficient and effective standards and work methods. Her Ph.D. in Computer Science forms the basis for her technical expertise and deep understanding of digitalization. To enhance her leadership skills and focus on personal development and change management, she graduated in a systemic business coaching education. Kerstin finds fulfillment in inspiring and supporting individuals to pursue their objectives in their own unique ways, she applies business coaching sessions Bayer internally and externally. Outside of work, she enjoys the vibrant city life in Cologne, Germany, attending concerts, comedy shows, and cultural events. She also finds energy in sports like climbing and jogging, as well as in traveling and exploring nature.
