In this session, we will discuss the important role Organizational Change Management (OCM) has played in the MES Migration program at Novo Nordisk. We will discuss challenges, how these were overcome through an effective OCM strategy, standardization, and optimal teaming, and discuss the learning and outcomes as a result.
