In this presentation, we will introduce a major MES system upgrade project, emphasizing the critical need for rapid recipe design specifications across numerous processes and recipes. We will explore the challenges of delivering MES recipes within tight timelines and demonstrate how AI-driven solutions significantly accelerate the specification process. Join us to discover how leveraging AI can streamline recipe creation, ensuring timely and efficient MES system upgrades. In this session, you will learn:
• How to discover how AI and Mixed Reality interact using Microsofts low-code PowerPlatform in a regulated environment
• How to redesign the future business processes with AI and real-time holographic assistance
• How to learn how Mixed Reality is making an impact with NNITs key Life Sciences customers through existing use cases
Sam, originally from Belgium and currently residing in Copenhagen has been combining his technical engineering background with a master in general management from Vlerick Business School to the Life Science Industry for a decade now.
With a background in both Big 4 consulting and big-pharma he has been driving large scale digital transformation projects throughout his career, including large scale M&A programs, cloud transformations and paperless laboratory programs.
In 2021 he joined NNIT and is currently a director leading a European team and leading the global AI organization to advise on and built his Life science customers AI applications of the future.
Ayoub holds an engineering degree and a master’s in information systems for Production Systems from Claude Bernard University. His career has centred on process manufacturing and large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on Production IT Systems like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Plant Information Management. He specializes in deploying technology solutions for the Life Science industry.
Ayoub has led MES projects for pharmaceutical companies, integrating MES with automation systems and ERP to eliminate paper usage, enhance data acquisition, and improve process control within regulated environments. In 2022, Ayoub joined NNIT in the UK as a Principal Consultant, where he leads key MES projects, including the deployment of PAS-X MES solutions for bioprocessing, manufacturing, and packaging, optimizing operations across the value chain for Life Science customers.
